Analytik Jena AG (part of the Endress+Hauser Group) completed the spin-out of its manufacturing operation in Eisfeld, Thuringia on 30/04/2016. The divisions specialising in long-range and targeting optics under the DOCTER® brand were transferred to NOBLEX GmbH, a portfolio management company of VF Capital GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, along with a product manufacturing division of Analytik Jena AG and all 120 employees. This move has secured the long-term future of the site. VENTRADA was involved in the process from the get go. It was responsible for providing a company analysis, financial planning, preparing a company presentation and approaching investors.
